Dogs are more than welcome all year round. The additional charge is €15,00 per pet per night. When staying at our hotel with a dog, please indicate this when making your reservation.

In Bloemendaal aan Zee, the following rules apply for dogs on the beach:

High season (May 15 to September 15):

- At the pavilions: Dogs on a leash are allowed on the terraces and the forecourt, but not on the beach itself.

- Dog beach at beach club 'Parnassia aan Zee': Between the access point at Parnassia and the nude beach, dogs are allowed to roam off-leash. The dog beach can be reached from Poort Beach, which is a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.

Low season (September 15 to May 15):

- Dogs on a leash are allowed everywhere in Bloemendaal aan Zee.

- Dog beach at 'Parnassia aan Zee': Dogs may roam off-leash between the access point at Parnassia and the nude beach.

We do not rent out bicycles ourselves. However, we can recommend a rental company called 'Behind the Beach'. They offer a wide variety of (electric) bikes, children's bikes, cargo bikes, and fat bikes.

They have a location in Zandvoort (Haltestraat 51, Zandvoort) and in Bloemendaal at the 'De Lakens' campsite (Zeeweg 60, Bloemendaal). Check their website for opening hours and availability to make a booking. You can reach them by phone at +31 23 822 47 46.

Yes, you certainly can! We offer two parking spaces where you can charge your electric car for a fee. These are parking spaces number 1 and 2.

Yes, it is possible to have a 'late check-out', but only if we are not welcoming new guests after you on the same day. The costs are €70 and you can stay in the apartment until 4 p.m. Please ask on arrival, at the reception if a 'late checkout' is possible.

- If you have booked our Non-refundable rate, the full reservation value will be charged in case of a cancellation, or a no-show.

- If you have booked our Flex rate you can cancel free of charge, up to 5 days before arrival day.
Cancellation must be received before 23:59 (CET/CEST) 5 days before arrival day.
Example; arrival day is Sunday. The cancellation must be received on Monday before 23:59 (CET/CEST)

Yes, there are plenty of towels provided upon arrival in the apartment. A tip: bring an extra towel for the beach or other activities, so you can use our towels for the shower, bath, and possibly the sauna. A cozy bathrobe is also available.

Each apartment is equipped with a Nespresso Krups (Essenza Mini) coffee machine. Additionally, we also provide a filter coffee machine, if you prefer that.

To give you a warm welcome, we've prepared a few items in your apartment. These include a few coffee capsules for your first coffee, a roll of kitchen paper, toilet paper, a dishwasher tablet, olive oil, a salt mill, a pepper mill, and garbage bags. These are provided once for free to get you through the first few days. After that, you can replenish these items yourself.

Yes, beach restaurants organise parties in the high season. Our boutique apartments are located directly to the beach, so if there is a party you will indeed hear that. Good to know: these events are usually only on weekends and from 11 pm the outdoor stages are closed. 12pm is the general closing time for all restaurants.

No, unfortunately, barbecuing is not allowed. This is due to potential fire hazards around the property and the dune-rich environment, as well as the possibility of disturbing odors for other guests.
